The room with a king-size bed had beautiful views and lovely paintings, set in a convenient location near the Frida & Fred Children's Museum.

Nice hotel! Inside there are paintings by artists. The room is modern - equipped with button-lifting curtains. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there is a mini kitchen. There is a small hall, pool and sauna. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very responsive - in the car sat battery, a hotel employee friendly helped to "bolt up".
When you pay from the buking, the funds are frozen, then in fact at the hotel you pay for accommodation and services (breakfast, parking, etc.) and the frozen amount is then returned. But I didn't get the amount unfrozen until a week later. This is normal practice and there is nothing to be afraid of, you just need to be prepared that the room price can be frozen in the bank account for a week.

Nice girls at reception. Free bottle of water as a compliment to each guest. The area of the room is very solid, not to mention a huge bathroom. Not a bad wi-fi, works fast.
1. Location. I don't know where the fable came from that the hotel is located in the city center. But it's a mile and a half away, if anything. For Graz, it's a pretty decent distance. 2. It's an area. A typical bedroom is something in between Chelyabinsk and Penza. Certainly not a place to live when you come to Austria. 3. It's a design. It is written everywhere in booking systems that an artist worked on the interiors, so there are works of art everywhere. I may not understand art very well, but a portrait of Michael Jackson painted in fluorescent colours or a human-sized figure made from Red Bull cans is art to my liking. 4. Breakfast. Breakfasts!!!! There was no response to the request to bring coffee (even though there is no coffee machine, if you do not ask for it, you will not drink). The possibility to order an omelette was not told (no other hot dishes are provided). When they did ask for an omelette, they just did not bring it. Although the order was accepted. After waiting 40 minutes, the idea of an omelet had to be abandoned. Thus, the whole breakfast consisted of orange juice, bread and a hardly received cup of coffee. 15 euros. The service, of course, is outstanding.

The facilities at this hotel were excellent. the pool, gym, and sauna were all top notch. the selection at breakfast was fantastic, with eggs made to order. Most rooms have balconies which were perfect for enjoying the morning or any time of day.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints at all.

The Augarten is not your average chain hotel. There is real, original, contemporary art everywhere, including the parking garage stairwells. The room we had (their biggest class,a free upgrade) was large, well furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with eggs cooked to order and a good choice of other goods on the buffet. We also went to the attached restaurant for lunch on our arrival day and found the food to be excellent, with the right portion sizes for a nice lunch outdoors. The indoor pool with the water treadmill jet is very nice too. The hotel is close to Graz centre, an easy 5 minute walk. All in all a great choice for someone who is looking for something better and more unique.

The breakfast is tasteful and delicious with gluten-free options and realy welldone coffee, has everything you need. The venue has perfect and exceptionally nice location in a quiet Graz neighborhood. It's also very close to Jakominiplatz, the park and the restaurant...

I thoroughly enjoyed the artistic decorations throughout the hotel. The beautiful paintings and sculptures added a touch of elegance to the ambiance. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, even for us seniors. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating areas, where I could relax and admire the artwork.
The only improvement I would suggest is that the children working there could be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little extra care and assistance would make the vacation even more enjoyable for us seniors.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of food at breakfast. Large and comfortable bed. Good size bathroom.
Whilst I acknowledge that this hotel based itself on a 'art and design' concept, my first impression of the room was not particularly positive. I felt the orange metal storage/shelf unit cheapened the look and feel of the room, however I realise this is down to personal taste and expectations of a hotel room. The position of the hotel was also a little too far away for a stroll into the town and the main area for bars and restaurants. I would also suggest that for the price of the hotel, breakfast and or parking should be included.

The hotel staff were incredible--they could not have been nicer, or more hospitable. The room was very spacious and clean. All of the facilities are always available and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
The hotel's design is very interesting, but its usability suffers for the sake of its aesthetics. The keys to the rooms are attached to rather large acrylic blocks, so many guests left their keys with the reception. I saw a guest walk into a glass wall that separates the elevators from the door. Also, the doors to the rooms have door knobs that do not turn, and we had difficulty getting into our room. Of course, our time spent at the hotel bar may have contributed to our difficulty. All in all, a small price to pay I suppose.

The location here was spot on, just a stone's throw away from Rathaus. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering some gluten-free options to cater to everyone's needs. And let's not forget about the awesome pool they have. 🏊♂️

A very nice hotel in excellent central location in Graz! the staff was very friendly and competent! The room was nice!
just a minor detail, but the minibar contained eristoff vodka, which seemed a little out of place as such a low qualitiy vodka should not be offered in a higher quality hotel!

Spacious room, excellent breakfast (freshly cut fruit every morning), the hotel is light / modern, easy access parking garage, good room facilities / accessories
The area wasn't the most appealing - a ten minute walk to the city centre.
